豆板醤の代わりにコチュジャン、料理酒と醤油を混ぜたソースを使った。玉ねぎ、ニンニクと挽肉を炒めて、コチュジャン・ベースのソースと豆腐を入れて、1~2分ぐらい煮込んだら完成!冷蔵庫に人参が有ったのでそれも多めに入れたんだ。
